my pathology report says ER 0% Negative, PR-5% Positive. Is this a positive or a negative outcome?

Well, looks to me like you're ER-positive, since ER was 0% negative (which means it must be 100% positive); and PR-negative, since PR was only 5% positive. This means you can take long-term hormone drugs to reduce your risk of recurrence—which is a good thing! So I'd call this a positive outcome. Good luck - PJH
