Hi Ana - You shouldn't wait till the end of December to get this looked at. There's a possibility - very slight, but possible - it could be a breast cancer symptom. Or, if it's an infection, you should get that taken care of, too, before it worsens. I'm not sure where you'd go other than to start at a hospital and ask if they have an outpatient clinic. and when you see a doctor, if he or she prescribes antibiotics and they don't have an effect, return and ask to be checked for inflammatory breast cancer, OK? As I said, it's very rare, but possible. Sorry for this challenge while you're traveling abroad! Good luck to you (Buena suerta?) - PJH
