Hi when i woke this morning i had a small lump under the skin

when i woke this morning i realised that i have a small lump under the skin on my right nipple, it is very sore when i touch it but when im not touching it at all it has a strange tingling sensation, im only 14 and i have never had sex and all that ....is this breast cancer?
