Hi - Please don't worry about breast cancer. Our message to teens will hopefully de-stress you on that count. At your age, your breasts are growing and developing, often at different rates. You'll feel tingling, pain, heaviness, lumpiness – all kinds of new sensations. Please read our guide to teen breast development for lots of good information about what you're going through. It's good to be worried about breast lumps in the future; but at age 14, it's almost certainly a natural part of your development. IF it grows larger, and your breast seems infected – red, hot, itchy, swollen – then you should see a doctor, as you may have an infection. But beyond that, just keep an eye on it, and it should work itself out soon. Good luck - PJH
