Okay so I am 13 and i have a what i have researched an it seems to be a swollen montgomery gland (looks like a bump not a pimple) on my right nipple and i have no idea what to do it hasent been hurting until today i first noticed it about 4 days ago.What do i do??

Well, it's like a pimple in that it's painful, and probably signals an infection. I'd suggest warm compresses (a hot washcloth), which may help calm things down. If it's growing, though, you need to see a doctor, as it may be an infection that needs to be treated. So please don't ignore it - especially if it seems to be getting red around the swollen area, as well as painful. Tell your parents, or any trusted adult who can help you see a doctor; you don't want to wait too long. Good luck - PJH
