Q: I experience knee pains and wrists pains and I am taking arimidex. what do you suggests I do?

Hi Bella: This is a very common side efect of Arimidex, and of all aromatase inhibitors. I'd suggest ibuprofen; it helps me. Ask your doctor about how much you should take, OK? Understand that the pain will go away once you're done taking Arimidex; but that may not be for years. So your decision is, "Is the pain worth the lowered risk of recurrence?" TOUGH decision, isn't it? I wish you the best - PJH
