my right breast is slightly swollen and hurts and can't touch my nipple as it hurts

i am 53 and had hystorectomy 14 years ago. for the last 2 weeks my right breast is swollen en now bigger than my left one. also feels much firmer, but my problem is my nipple. when i take my bra off, it hurts. also when i touch it or when the sheets in my bed touch it. it doesn't look different…
