Q: have 2 pea size hard lumps abot a few inches from arm pit could it be cancer hard, not move pea size

lumps pea size and hard and not move 2 of them about an inch or so apart about a few inches from my under arm.had lumps 2002 but seen dr not cancer but they were shape different and not hard and move these are hard 2 lumps and not move had a bit of pain on and off under arm and breast cheast lately. had kidney cancer 2001 statge 2 remove surgey only no chemo or radition and mom had right breast cancer about age 49 i am age 47 and had cancer before and mom had breast cancer.could this be cancer or worry for nothing going call clinic on monday have no insurance so why wanna know more before call

Elizabeth, it's impossible to say whether these lumps are cancer just from your description.  Any breast lump might be.  If these lumps have lasted longer than a menstrual cycle, then just a physical exam will probably not be enough to tell for sure.  With a mammogram and ultrasound, cancer can often be ruled out, but as you know from your earlier cancer experience, sometimes a biopsy is necessary.   This link to resources for financial help may be helpful for you.  Most communities have programs to help fund mammograms and other tests for breast cancer.  I hope you get good news about these lumps.
