I have had three red itchy spots on my left breast for about 6 months now. The spots aren't like a rash. I went to the doctor and she gave me tablets but they didn't work and I didn't go back... They itch all the time, they are on the left side of the breast and towards the bottom but not quite underneath. I am really worried. I'm 21. Could it be my bra is too small and irritating the skin? Or something worse?
