Q: I have a stinging and painful sensation that runs through my nipples when I sneeze. I have been spotting for several days. Is this a sign of cancer. What should I do?
No, Tiffany, this isn't a sign of cancer. However, nipple pain and nipple discharge are often hormonal, and can be a sign of pregnancy; any chance you're pregnant? If not, then track these symptoms; if they continue without change for more than a month, it would be best to see a doctor to find out what's up. Or certainly, if they worsen quickly, you'd want to see a doctor sooner. I hope this disappears on its own soon - PJH
