Q: My right nipple itches and has little bumps , no redness

My right nipple itches, but there is no redness, It is starting to get mild bumps. I have no health insurance so I haven't been  to see Dr., but if this is something to take seriously I would have to  buy insurance for a few months  and then have it looked at so it would not be preexisting if I go to the Dr first and then purchase insurance.

Hi Carol,

I would suggest you contact your local department of Health and Human Services and ask what the local resources are that can provide assistance to you even without insurance.  If you have a concern, it is important to follow through with it early.  It could be nothing, but then again, you want to be sure, so that if it is a malignancy, you can get treatment right away.
