Faith, if you're sure this is eczema on your breast, then no, eczema doesn't cause breast cancer. If it's been there for a long time, on your breast - like, months - without developing into something else, then it probably is a spread of your chronic skin condition. If this peeling on your breast is new, then keep your eye on it; if it becomes more widespread; if it doesn't disappear within a couple of weeks; and certainly if your breast exhibits any other changes (red, hot, swollen, itchy, painful), then best to see a doctor to find out what this is. There's a rare form of breast cancer, IBC , that starts with eczema-like symptoms, so you'd want to have that ruled out. Good luck - PJH
