Joanie, I've never heard of this. It sounds like some kind of nerve
reaction. Maybe it's not such a good idea to keep your cell phone in
your bra. Try switching it to the left cup, and see if your left
breast starts vibrating in response. At least you'd know, then, that
it was related to the cell phone...
And, as always — if it's bothering you and making you worry, go see

Hi Joanie,
That's a new one for me, too. I tend to believe in erring on the side of caution and running new symptoms/reactions by the doctor. This certainly does not sound like any kind of breast cancer symptom I have heard of but these things are always worth checking out. And perhaps you could try carrying your cell phone in a pocket or the side pocket of a purse. It can't be that comfortable to have your cell phone in your bra during the summer anyway...
