Hi Denise - You need to go to your local hospital, ask to see social services, and tell them what's going on. I don't believe they can refuse to ttreat you, just because you don't have insurance. They'll work out a payment plan for you, offer you reduced-price services, or whatever they can offer - but you have to have these lumps looked at and treated, if necessary. You might also take a look at the National Cancer Institute's Web site, whre they offer a range of financial services for cancer treatment. Sorry I can't direct you to anyplace specific in N.C., but I hope this helps- PJH
