What to do about the spot found by my first mammogram?

I am 35 years old and just had my first mammogram.  It came back with a spot in my left breast.  A diagnostic mammogram was ordered and one week later they tell me that the spot looks benign.  How can you look at it and give me peace of mind that is nothing to worry about and come…
