Q: Have atypical ductal hyperplasia in both breasts. 3 months ago,left areola and nipple started itching. Itching is now constant, severe, no rash. Also have an intermittant pulling under nipple. Ideas?

This sounds very uncomfortable; if I were you, I'd see a doctor to find out what might be done to alleviate this itching. Nipple itchiness without a rash doesn't sound like a breast cancer symptom, but why not take some action and get some relief? Good luck - hope you find out what it is and get some help soon. PJH
