This is impossible to answer; we all have our own experience with chemo. Some women's hair actually starts growing back even before they've had their final treatment; for others, it takes months. I'd assume that within a month you'd start to see some hair growth; but don't expect a full head of hair for probably 6 to 9 months or so. Good luck - PJH
