I'd suggest calling your doctor.  As PJ mentioned in her answer to your earlier question, there are many possible reasons for nipple discharge.  The thickening/lump in your breast is a change and breast changes that last longer than a menstrual period need to be checked out by a doctor.  Although most lumps that need to be biopsied turn out to be benign, only a doctor who actually examines your breast can say for sure what your symptoms mean.  Since it may take a while to get an appointment scheduled, why don't you call today or tomorrow?
