Hi - Breast changes are always something to take seriously. There's no telling what this lump is; it could be so many different things. The only way to find out what you're dealing with is to go see the doctor and have an exam. So better call and make an appointment. FYI, the vast majority of breast lumps aren't cancer, so don't panic, OK? Ggood luck - PJH
