Hi Jessie - If your nipples have been inverted since you can remember, then this is normal for you. Please read our post on nipple discharge; it might help you identify the source of this, which can also be normal. And we all have tiny bumps on our nipples; perhaps yours occasionally get irritated? At 20 years old, your chance of having breast cancer is so small that statistically, it's listed at 0%. And since this is happening in both breasts at once, that also would point to something besides breast cancer. I'd guess this is all hormonal... But if you feel very stressed about it, best to see a doctor, to set your mind at ease. Thanks for connecting here - PJH
