Q: During menstrual cycle breast are swollen, sore and nipples anre tender to touch what could this be?

This is completely natural, and is due to changing hormone levels in your body, which cause your breasts to swell, and both breasts and nipples to become sore and tender, due to that swelling. It's much the same thing that happens if you're pregnant. So, nothing to worry about; cyclical breast pain (tied to your period) thankfully isn't a breast cancer symptom. Take care- PJH
