Q: My boyfriend decided to suck my nipples, now I'm scared.

My boyfriend decided to suck my nipples last night. When he finished, I noticed there were little tiny red dots all around the nipple. I also noticed that the nipple was a darker color then before and maybe a little swollen. Is this normal or should I see a doctor? Is it ok for my boyfriend to suck my nipple? Is it possible for me to produce milk, even though I am a virgin?
