Claire, this article on itchy breasts has suggestions for how to manage with home remedies and when to call the doctor.  It would be very unusual for breast cancer to cause itching in both breasts and on the tummy, so it probably is not breast cancer.  However, you need some relief from the terrible itching, and only a doctor can diagnose the exact cause of the problem.  I know it is really hard, but try not to scratch.  Press really hard with the palm of your hand, but don't rub.
