Hi - I'm sorry, I can't seem to figure out what kuretase is. I guess I'd tell you that breast lumps should always be checked out. Perhaps your wife could go to the doctor who's currently treating her, as he might be able to tell you if a side effect of her treatment might be swelling in the breast. Best of luck to you- PJH
