Hi Edith - An itchy nipple and rash can be a sign of various things, including an allergy (have you changed your laundry detergent or bath gel lately?); a hormonal imbalance or, very rarely, and early sign of a rare form of breast cancer, inflammatory breast cancer. In order to rule out cancer, you should have this checked out by a doctor, OK? It's gone on long enough that you need to figure out what's going on. Good luck to you - PJH
