Thanksfully, Ladan, I don't know of any "don'ts" related to tamoxifen. Unless it's "don't be surprised when you gain weight." Or "don't ignore it if you feel depressed." Both weight gain and depression are "unofficial" side effects of tamoxifen. But as far as I know, there are no other drugs it interacts unfavorably with. If you're thinking alcohol, you shouldn't be drinking much (better, at all) - as alcohol increases your risk for recurrence. Good luck - PJH
