Itchy scar and nipple

Last year I had a biopsy of a lump in my right breast. It turned out to be a growth on the pectoral tendon but now the scar is very itchy and has a burning sensation. It is still red and raised. My nipple on that breast has been itchy for 2 years and my doctor does not seem concerned. I've had…
