If these are problems that are getting worse, then I'd suggest that you go back to your doctor and be insistent about getting more information about what is going on.  Over the course of two years following surgery, your scar should either be stable or getting better.  Sometimes scar tissue can cause new problems long after surgery, and if that's the case your doctor needs to be giving you more explanations.  You could also ask your doctor if it would be appropriate for you to use a scar-healing cream like Mederma on your scar.  My husband's dermatologist suggested that product for a surgical scar he had, and it worked well.  Please do not use it without talking to your doctor first.
