i feel s sharp pain in my left breast for almost every hour for 2 days now, could it be cancer?

i had my menstruation for longer than a week now, and i had this sharp pain in my left breast almost every hour for 2 days now. i don't actually know how to differentiate if it's a lump or not because i'm a bit skinny, but the pain is there. i'd like to know if that could be an early sign of breast…
