milk discharge in both breast, could be breast cancer?

my mother is 43y.o with milk discharge in both breast with no pain, what can cause that and could be breast cancer?

Hi - This sounds like a hormonal issue - with both breasts involved, it would be exceedingly unlikely it would be breast cancer. Please read our post on nipple discharge; it should help her decide whether/when to see a doctor about this. Thanks for being a concerned daughter! Good luck - PJH
