When you say happening for awhile, do you mean years, months, weeks...? If this has been going on for longer than a month, it qualifies as a breast change, and you should definitely see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. If it's been on and off for years, it's probably an allergy of some kind, and not as potentially serious; I'd still think you'd want to see a doctor, though. The lumps in your armpit might signify an infection, especially since they come and go; and one breast being smaller than the other, unless this is a recent change, is probably just natural for you.
Bottom line - it's time to see a doctor, who can answer all of your questions and concerns better than any of us here. Best of luck to you - hope this turns out to be something easily treatable. PJH

I would say that it's been happening for a couple months. Thank you for the help, PJH. Ill try to ask for a doctors appointment to check.
