Hi - Lumps in the armpit are just as important to watch out for as lumps in the breast. Since this one sems to be changing, it's probably a good idea to get it looked at again. And if the doctor tells you it's from caffeine, I think it's best you ask for a second opinion. Don't be afraid; the vast majority of lumps are NOT cancer. But why not put your mind at ease by finding out just what that lump is? Good luck - PJH
