I'm 39 had a hysterectomy a year ago and have been having breast tenderness for over 3 weeks now

I still have my ovaries and fallopian tubes. Breast tenderness, exhaustion, sleepy, occasional lower back pain.  Don't take any medication...

If it's in both breasts, Liz, this is probably a hormonal issue. Breast cancer doesn't usually present symptoms in both breasts at once. Have you reported this pain to your doctor? (S)he should be able to advise you on what to do... Good luck - PJH
