The phrase "stinging pain" often describes nerve pain, so it may be that something is pressing on a nerve.  If today is the first time this has happened, you could watch to see if it goes away by itself.  A pulled muscle or pinched nerve might improve on its own.  However, if the pain persists, you'll want to see a doctor.    I hope you soon feel better, but if not be proactive about finding out what is going on.  This article on breast pain can help you evaluate your pain.
