Hi - Sanane, at your age, breast cancer isn't something you should worry about; it's almost non-existent in teenagers. That lump could be a nerve bundle, a little aberration in the muscle, a lymph node or nodes gradually recovering from an infection... who knows?

Clearly you're concerned; next time you go for a physical, be sure to ask about it, OK? Or ask your school nurse. You need to set your mind at rest so you can get on with your life! Good luck - PJH
