Q: I am a breast ca survivor of 6 yr, i suffered a heart attack, with low risk factors, any connection

Judith, breast cancer itself doesn't increase your risk of cardiac issues, but some types of chemo can result in heart damage - adriamycin, for one.  I'd think this would be a question best answered by your oncologist, as s/he knows exactly what treatments/drugs you had during the course of your breast cancer treatment, and the associated risk factors. At any rate, I hope you're doing well now. PJH
