Hi Wendy - Sorry about your news, but you've come to the right place. This is a very supportive community. Please read our Guide to Understanding your Pathology Report; it'll really help you out. You won't know if the cancer has spread till they take a sample of your lymph nodes, which it sounds like they haven't done yet, so hang in there... and stay in touch here. We can help. Good luck - PJH

Excellent - then that's a good indication it hasn't spread. Please write back once you've read the pathology report guide, and let me know if you have any questions, OK? And please stay in touch - we're here for you... PJH
