hi..thanks for the answer...if this pain due to cyst what was the treatment?If my breast seems infected; and the part where the lump is swollen, and aching;but the redness dont spreads...what was the risk of it???...do i have to see my doctor immediately or do i have to wait after my period?thank you

Hi - Painful cysts can be drained to give you some relief. If you feel like your breast is infected, don't wait till after your period to see a doctor; if it seems to be getting worse, go see a doctor right away. Good luck to you - PJH
