Q: IDC Pathology Report

My Path. report reads:

Insitu and invasive ductal carcinoma with lobular features

DCIS: Cribriform type with microcalcifications (Low grade)

Size: 2.0 x 1.4 x 1.0 cm

Stage: pT1c, pNX, pMX

Grade: II/III with perineural invasion.

ER f,f,,,,3+PR f,,2+

 

With pNX and pMX, how do they determine it's grade II/III?

What is cribriform type with microcalcifications (Low Grade)

What to they mean by "lobular features?"
