blackhead lump on bottom breast

I have a blackhead on the bottom of my breast, and its on a really hard lump. and i kind of popped it, and it really smelled, what could it be?

Hi - Sounds like you might have had a small abscess or some other type of infection. Put some antibiotic cream on it, and keep it lightly covered. If it seems to get worse, or the skin heals but the lump is still there, best to go get it checked by a doctor, OK? Good luck - PJH
