This sounds like a skin rash. Have you changed your laundry soap or shower gel, perhaps? Wearing a new or different bra? If the red patch doesn't go away within several weeks; or certainly if it gets worse, and your breast seems infected (hot, red, swollen, painful), then you'd best see a doctor. But a patch of red skin under your arm wouldn't be a typical breast cancer symptom, so please don't stress over that, OK? Take care - and I hope this disappears on its own soon. PJH
It's OK to worry; we all do, once we've dealt with cancer. The challenge is to not let it get to you. Realize it's an emotion, not reality... validate it (it's OK, no guilt); then try to let it go. Glad you found us here - come back anytime, we're here to help you through whatever you experience aorund cancer. Take care - PJH

PJH, thanks so much for reply, no I haven't changed any laundry soap or shower gel and am using same bra, it's been here for about 2 weeks now with no symptoms at all..I also have a pmh dvt's in opposite arm but symptoms were different..I'm not going to worry about it. Thanks again I just needed a little input on the matter, sometimes I can't help worrying about things...
