I have sore and tender breast especially around nipple...

I had a breast infection just under nipple on my right breast about 10 years ago(when I was 30) and removed the infectious area with surgery. After that, I have felt uncomfortable and sore/tender tissue around the surgery area/nipple occasionally. It becomes more heavier and tender before my...
