Tender breast lump with normal mammogram and ultrasound

I feel a lump under in my left breast where by underarm and breast meet. It feels like the lump is in my rib cage and it has become very tender to touch. I had a mammogram and ultrasound yesterday and they didn't see anything abnormal.The Radiologist said it was just a gland. I don't do my brest...
