Five months after cytoxin/taxotare chemo I have inflamation of the meningees is this common??

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year, and underwent a Masectomy and then four rounds of Chemo, the last one being in March, since June I have had headaches and dizziness on and off. They did a Brain MRI in August with showed inflamation of the meningees, a LP which did not show anything....
