Donna, this certainly isn't a common side effect; in fact, I've never seen it mentioned, so if it is, it must be rare. At any rate, this is something you need to pursue with your medical team. Be strong and advocate for yourself; tell them you want an answer and a solution, and if you don't get it, ask to be referred for a second opinion somewhere else. You certainly don't want to continue to put up with this pain; and you also want to determine its cause. Good luck - PJH
