Lately I have been having a lot of chest pain and I work out in the garden at lowe's and it gets hard for me to breathe. I have noticed that my breasts are slightly larger then normal, and around my nipples there are little bumps, and they are larger and redder then normal. Also this morning my left nipple was inverted which hasn't happened before and the pain in my chest won't go away. i can see some of the veins around my nipples and the skin around my entire breasts appears to be spotted in a way. I am very afraid. large breasts are genetic in my family and my sister debbie had a cyst in hers last year that had to be removed. I am only going on 20 but i am afraid that something may be wrong with my breasts please help me!
