my breast and nipples are also very itchy right now. it starts as the entire breast itching then concentrates towards the sides of the nipples. and i do belive this has happened previously in the fall when the weather gets cooler. but it so uncomfortable that i even itch them in my sleep, to the point of scratching them until they bleed and crack then forming dry skin/scabs around them. this is the first i've heard of Padgets disease...

Hi - This sounds like a systemic issue, since it's affecting both breasts at once. Have you switched your shower gel or laundry detergent? Bought a new bra? Your breasts/nipples are very sensitive, and easily irritated; as you say, it might simply be the cooler weather. Paget's disease would be exceedingly unlikely to occur in both breasts at once, so this would be the last thing to consider. If this continues to bother you, you'd probably want to see a doctor, to find out what's causing it, OK? Good luck - PJH

thank you for your reply! i didn't think that it was a serious issue just thought i would ask someone with more background than myself. your site does wonderful things...keep up the good work. rf
