Tender breast and tingling sensation in breasts when it's not time for menstration or pregnancy

My breast are tender and tingle much like when I was breastfeeding. I am not pregnant nor is it time for my menstral cycle. I am 36 and last breastfeed over a year ago. Why do I have this sensation in only one of my breast?
