It could be hormonal, Betty. Could be a cyst pressing on a nerve. Could be simply a slight nerve aberration that results in a vibrating sensation... What it's unlikely to be is breast cancer, especially since you say it's in both breasts. As with any breast change, keep your eye on it; if it doesn't abate within a month - or certainly if it gets worse - you'd want to see a doctor to find out what's going on. Take care- PJH
