Sorry to bother you again, but is it indicative of breast cancer that the burning sensation is only in the left nipple and not the right? The exfoliation seems to be happening from both breasts, but just wanted to clarify.

A burning sensation isn't a typical symptom of breast cancer at all. Usually - nearly always - breast cancer presents in only one breast at a time, not both; which is why anytime you have something happening in both breasts at once, it's almost certainly not breast cancer.
